The location of the hotel was fantastic, in the heart of Warsaw. The staff were both very very helpful and affable.

Modern room, bed was large plus there was a reasonable sized bathroom. This hotel was set in a central area just next door to all shops and all the major attractions. A cool bonus was Cafe Baguette, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

The location was great and incredible: an old market and a market were within walking distance. City Hall Arsenal tube station was 5 min away. Some of the staff members were outstandingly accommodating and excellent. The room was big size and I truly enjoyed the historic-style building.

No complaints whatsoever, the venue suited the needs, strongly recommend it. We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 3 nights, nevertheless everything was perfect. Thanks to a terrific service we had a really nice stay. Furthermore, free Wi-Fi throughout the property worked almost perfectly.

The hotel was charming small, even so I stayed for 1 night only. The location of the venue was excellent and stunning - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Old Town. The gourmet restaurant food was fab.

Beautiful location just next door to countless landmarks, attractions, restaurants and cafes and the main Square and 5 to the Old Town Square, quite close to Royal Castle.

Marvellous location in Warsaw near to old market and "New world street " as well as the old town and all the major attractions and restaurants. Plus, walking distance to a 22m-high monument.

We had double room with balcony.

Our room was well-appointed and new-fashioned, provided with a huge bathroom with a bath tub and the bar plus balcony. The staff was very friendly throughout the day. The location was excellent and stunning, not too far from Old Town.

Unbeatable location to a Great theatre. Stylish, luxurious units provided with balcony and a bath tub plus a massive bathroom.

Its location was perfect, just 5 minutes walk from Royal Castle. The breakfast offered plenty of savoury meals.

Food was brilliant and I have nothing but very nice memories from this trip. I loved this hotel, it's fairly clean and intimate! The check in was early, the staff was attentive.

It was fairly clean and famous place, neat and stunning rooms. The staff members were all welcoming and accommodating. The location was magnificent, not too far from a contemporary - art museum. The hotel restaurant was great.

All in all, it was enjoyable base for travelling to Warsaw. The beds are good to sleep on. Loved that they had onsite restaurant Focaccia, no need to go somewhere else.

Pleased it had a bidet in the room. Superior hotel close enough to Fontanna Wielka.

Delicja Polska served dishes within 600 metres off the hotel. The rooms are beautiful. We enjoyed bellotto.

location was near major attractions and also castle square, which is 5 minutes walk away. ochota is a district that deserves exploring.
