The place was perfectly clean with an amazing design and outstandingly accommodating staff. Uniquely decorated, soundproof room with the fan in the window, quirky individual decor, for example. Delicious food for breakfast.

I have stayed in double room for 7 nights, it was complete with an incredible view out to the Castle. The staff was lovely friendly and knowledgeable, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The food was good, had a wide range of options.

Whole place was exceptionally clean with magnificent views; excellent location in the centre of the old town. I got well-organised room with an electric kettle, central heating, and iron/ironing board. The decor was really beautiful and the bed was comfortable. I've had a very good stay in the old town.

Although I enjoyed the place, some of the staff were totally unhelpful.

We greatly enjoyed the convenience of the standard double room available with coffee making facilities, a canopy bed, as for instance. Everything seemed really good, perfectly clean. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice and made us feel comfortable.

Quaint accommodation with fantastic setting so close to the bell clock tower and the centre close to restaurants and bars. Easy check-in, late check-out, knowledgeable staff. Historic-style building, large rooms with views of the Royal Palace, cute old wooden beds plus very good water pressure.

I had romantic and fashionable room with views of the royal castle. The breakfast spread was savoury and large with yoghurt.

The location was amazing - near the cathedral and the old town square. A few times I ate at Gospoda Kwiaty Polskie, located within a close distance from the hotel. I had newly renovated, extremely pleasant room with good shower and quirky individual decor plus a real hairdryer.

The hotel was in the very central setting in Old Town of Warsaw. We were given a standard king room, it was romantic and functional.

Standard queen room is romantic, has a clean bathroom.

The stay here was good on our middle visit. The location was amazing and incredible for restaurants and bars. Also a palace and a Royal palace were next to the hotel.

I spend 2 nights in Warsaw really good. Had marvellous and fantastic location close to the Christmas markets, opposite to a palace and a Royal palace. Plus, Multimedia Fountain Park was not very far from the venue. I truly enjoyed that the room was nice designed and functional for extras such as a toiletry bag.

The venue was in a very central location very close to the historical center and the famous Royal Castle and Sigismund's monument. It also was in the square. Booked a room with lovely views of the main castle.

This hotel was in a secure area close enough to the buses to the airport and the train station, the centre of Warsaw Old Town and many restaurants, shops, and the university.

It's quirky and magical place to stay 1 km away from a semicircular defensive tower. The rooms are stylish and soundproof with views over the castle, so that guests have essentials. The location is magnificent and brilliant and the staff are exceptional.

My 3 nights in Warsaw were very very good. The staff was knowledgeable in managing every request. The standard queen room I got was complete with great views and comfortable bed plus fan. The location was unbeatable, close to a lively square. The hotel was a welcome base for enjoying a beautiful area. The restaurant was good, it had appetising dishes.

We could visit one of our favorite spots old town really close to the hotel. Excellent location for our trip. Take a look at Sródmiescie neighborhood, it's worth it.

good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like przy zamku that was only 10 minutes' walk away. for those traveling by car parking nearby will be useful. decent place for a city trip in warsaw.
