Jess Hotel & Spa Warsaw Old Town

Incredible base for rest, felt like home. The staff were amicable and very, very nice and were around whole time. Location in the heart of the city was a plus. Beer restaurant Grub was located 5 minutes walk away.

Clean hotel with great staff. Marvellous spot near many, bus stops and multiple bus lines. Besides, excellent for visiting a 1st ever fully licensed distillery.

The location is central.

The location was PERFECT, at a short distance from National Football Museum. The room was nicely decorated, and we were provided with hot jacuzzi and simple yet comfortable furniture plus comfortable beds.

The staff was amicable and responsive and the place was clean. A safe box, a sofa bed, and central heating - basic facilities we needed in a nicely decorated and perfect room. The location was magnificent, in the Srodmiescie district and close to a bus station. Stayed here for 3 nights and didn't feel like leaving.

Came in Warsaw for weekend, the hotel met requirements. The staff members were all responsive and great. It was in a central location, near everything. Besides, it was close to multiple bus lines and good restaurants.

This location was absolutely perfect, close to good restaurants, the historic city centre and bus stops. It was good to be 1 km away from Kubek i Olowek, serving short-orders.

It was located close to a bus station, easy for getting around Warsaw. Every staff member was great and wonderful. I was given triple room with a safe box, a sofa bed and central heating.

Last time we stopped we had a perfect, clean room with hot jacuzzi and comfortable beds plus comfortable furniture.

My room included a refrigerator, an electric kettle and an air conditioning. Pleased it had a bath.

The place was fairly clean and staff was helpful. Fresh bread, cakes, baked buns, and eggs were really appreciated. The room was not only lovely, but comfortable too, and had a safe and Netflix. The location was excellent and particularly good - 300 metres away from a Great theatre.

Clean and perfect room with a work desk, multi-channel TV, and ironing facilities. The bed, which was comfortable.

The staff were amicable and really helpful as well, would definitely come back there. The idea to include an electric kettle and fridges in the triple room was nice. A bath in the bathroom was a plus.
