The location was super, very close to a bus stop and easy to find.

Came with my two children, everything was modern. The staff was very very helpful at all levels. The hotel was placed in the central location to grocery shops. Moreover, it's short walk to super market and shopping mall, and shopping mall.

They gave us wheelchair accessible room with all appliances, huge bathroom and washing machine and that was essential. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators where a plus. This was a convenient and exceptional location not far from a separate restaurant, super market and shopping mall and bus stops, shopping mall Promenade and food stores.

Everything was perfect, the parking was on-site, the room was extremely spacious. The staff was very, very nice and polite. Our stay was a wonderful experience.

It was a fabulous base for our really great stay. A sofa bed, central heating, and an iron in our double room were useful during stay. The hotel was placed in the central location near to supermarket. Moreover, it's near the restaurant.

Came here for 7 nights with my two children, everything was perfect. The staff were competent and pleasant and check-in was easy. I booked double room and could use wake-up service, available in it. The hotel had a central location close to local shops...

Some of the staff were poor.

A deluxe hotel in an exceptional location, everything was great. Amazing staff who cared about me. I had light, perfect room with comfy bed and all appliances plus a clean bathroom. Location: the venue was next to bus stops as well as the city centre. Here I spent 12 nights and enjoyed being in this place.

It was nice place for travelling to Warsaw, I was glad to stay there. The staff were amiable and kind in case of questions. The hotel was in a central setting close to the shops. Enjoyed it.

nothing to complain about, we would like to stay here on the next trip when in warsaw. we greatly enjoyed food and amenities at this venue. an air conditioning, a sofa bed and a writing desk in the room were an advantage. it was set near a bus station, so we travelled a lot.
