The rooms were silent with a great view, the staff were accommodating.

Clean place with perfect views and marvellous location in an elegant palace. Good-sized bathroom in the spotlessly clean and very traditional room.

The room is spotless and very traditional with accessible balconies.

The location was great and lovely - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 km. We've been here for 3 nights, the breakfast was overall wonderful with plentiful options.

The property was nicely renovated with well-trained staff from the cleaners up to the desk clerks. The breakfast was extensive with very good taste of fresh juice, pastry and champaign to choose from. Generally everything was perfectly fine, nonetheless the bathroom was poor.

Ideal classy place with marvellous and easy location just next door to railway station, touristic bus, shops, main avenue as well as all the bars restaurants and old town. Great to have an à la carte restaurant for a reasonable price.

The standard double room we were allocated in was relaxing. The staff was lovely, they made our trip! The service here was exceptional. Besides, the parking was onsite. The location seemed marvellous and brilliant close to an excellent shopping mall.

Gorgeous clean property, it has welcoming and pleasant staff who offer great customer service. Their rooms are always practical and new-fashioned with the mini-fridge and a view of the Palace of Science. There is a magnificent a la carte restaurant for a reasonable price.

Particularly good and perfect location for Warsaw, near the main train station in the centre of town as well as palace of culture and science, and the central railway station, excellent location. Situated only 1 km from Warsaw city views. Superb breakfast, a wide range of food and beverages.

Bangers and fruit provided for breakfast was superb! The superior double room was silent for 2 adults+2 kids and the location was marvellous and easy.

I was there for 1 night and ate at a la carte restaurant for a reasonable price. Bangers and fruit were available. The hotel was situated in the very central location to warsaw central station.

The place was truly exceptional and had genuinely professional staff who offer great customer service, loved the stay. The hotel was in a comfortable position close to the restaurant throughout the day, and rail station. Besides, it was easy to get to a stereoscopic theatre. Everything was superb, and the breakfast was good hot and extensive for all diets.

The selection of delicious bangers and fruit was a bonus. The room was airy, silent and had a coffee/tea maker and a chair. Stayed for 4 days and didn't feel like leaving, I would return anytime.

Breakfast was enjoyable, gorgeous views, beautiful location right by excellent transport links, most major sites in walking distance, and all tourist attractions, clean, cosy and comfortable, friendly staff. The complementary drinks in downstairs bar were very welcome. Spent here 4 pleasant days and will be returning here soon.

The venue is gorgeous, fairly clean and the location is marvellous near the central train station, the main shopping centre and all the bars restaurants and old town all within easy walking distance, shopping malls and restaurants and the Old Town and the airport. The breakfast is tasty and wonderful with tasteful food and sausages, and the service is good. I truly enjoyed exceptionally pleasant personnel that ensures guests have a very nice stay.

Had a mobile, coffee/tea making facilities, and a phone in my relaxing room. The service provided there was exceptional.

The property was gorgeous with welcoming and very welcoming staff who offer great customer service, I truly enjoyed the stay. The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Zlote Tarasy. The area was busy not far from the railway station, right opposite the Palace of Culture, and many restaurants, shopping and historical sights. I stayed here for 4 days and would happily go back again.

The whole room was spotless and huge with a nice view, the bar, an iron board. Location : the hotel was just next door to shopping dining as well as palace of culture and science. There was an à la carte restaurant nearby.

It was a very nice stay in winter time. The location was brilliant, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a shopping mall. It was across the local area. The staff were accommodating and incredible and the design was nice.

The location was marvellous and peaceful, at a walking distance from The View. We booked a superior double room, but the views appeared to be quite bad.

The room was very large, comfortable bed. The breakfast was savoury and warm, the check in was early. Plus their wifi was excellent. The hotel was located in the heart of the city. Moreover, it's next to shopping area, and the tower of Science.

The venue has marvellous location in city centre. It offers excellent services and has a delicious and tasty breakfast choices👌

Views are very very bad.

Free Wi Fi was available; the breakfast was very good. There's Beef n' Pepper within 10 minutes walk or so, really loved their menu. It was worth its 4 stars.

The bed was too small here.

The hotel is within a walking distance of warsaw uprising museum and nowy swiat. The venue was adjacent to warsaw city center train station. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose polonia palace. Lowe Restaurant is located within 300 feet from the hotel...

Breakfast was GOOD as you get in any 4 star hotel. Good home base for your vacations in Warsaw.
